SHABBAT CHANNUKAH / ROSH CHODESH SERVICES, Saturday morning December 27, 2008at 9:30 am.  Please join us as we celebrate Shabbat Mikets, Shabbat Channukah, and Shabbat Rosh Chodesh -- A Three Torah Day !!!  Kiddush lunch will be served.  The annual CHANNUKAH PARTY will follow Mincha / Ma'ariv / Havdalah.  Come enjoy sufganiyot and latkes !!!

     SHABBAT SERVICES, Saturday morning October 18, 2008 at 9:30 am.  Please join us as we move from  Sukkot towards Simchat Torah this Shabbat morning.  Please help make the minyan this week and get the new year off to a good start!  A fine Kiddush lunch will be served.

      SIMCHAT TORAH SERVICES, Tuesday evening October 21, 2008 at 7:00 pm.  Come dance with the Torahs as we complete the yearly reading and begin again “IN THE BEGINNING …”  Refreshments will be served.

 

        SUKKOT.  The Sukkah will be going up Sunday morning October 12, 2008 at 11 am.  

      Please come help !!!

 

        SUKKOT SERVICES, Tuesday morning October 14, 2008 at 9:30 am.  Come shake your Lulav (or ours) and have Kiddush/lunch in our lakefront sukkah!

Thank you for everyone who helped make our  Havdalah Program with Guest Speaker ANN MONKA such a succes Saturday evening, August 23, 2008 .  Guest Speaker, Ann Monka, spoke on her experiences with the Bielski Partisans during World War II, which are the subject of a soon to be released feature film. The highly anticipated motion picture Defiance hits theaters in Fall of 2008. Staring Daniel Craig (James Bond).  The movie depicts the true story of the Bielski Brothers and how they resisted the Nazis, and rescued over 1,200 Jews.  Ann Monka was one of them.
